Matcha Affogato

Meet your new favourite dessert: an Italian-inspired Matcha Affogato that combines our rich, velvety Matcha Ceremonial Grade Yame with creamy ice cream. Ingredients
- 1.5g AVANTCHA Ceremonial Grade Yame
- 60ml 75 C hot water
- 10ml of room temperature water
- Vanilla Ice Cream (dairy or vegan)

Directions
- Sift 1.5g of AVANTCHA Ceremonial Grade Yame powder into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder.
- Add 10ml of room temperature water and whisk to a paste, then add 60ml hot water (75°C)and whisk briskly until a consistent, frothy layer is formed.
- Scoop the ice cream into dessert serving glasses or bowls
- Pour the warm frothy Matcha over the ice cream
- Enjoy!

Tips
- Soak your Bamboo Whisk in warm water before whisking for the perfect frothy Matcha.
