  1. Add 6g of AVANTCHA Organic Spring Mao Feng green tea to a solo teapot and top with 80-degree water
  2. Brew for 6 minutes
  3. Decant into another solo teapot or small pitcher, and add 60ml of Giffard Kiwi Syrup, stirring to incorporate the syrup with the tea thoroughly
  4. Allow to cool, or, pour over glasses filled with plenty of ice
  5. Garnish with slices of fresh kiwi
