Cocktail Ingredients
- 30g of AVANTCHA Rose Petal Black Tea
- 500ml of water
- 500g of sugar
- Sparkling wine
Mocktail Ingredients
- 30g of AVANTCHA Rose Petal Black Tea
- 15ml of syrup
- 500ml of water
- 500g of sugar
- Sparkling wine alternative
Directions
- To make half a litre of syrup, simmer 500ml of water with 500g sugar and 30g of Rose Petal Black Tea for five minutes before covering and leaving to cool.
- Separate the leaves from the syrup and bottle it. Store in the fridge.
- Add 15ml of syrup to a champagne flute and top up with your choice of sparkling wine or sparkling wine alternative.
