Prep Time: 24 – 48 hours (including freezing time)

Servings: 8


Ingredients

  • 700ml hot water
  • 4 tbsp AVANTCHA Rush Hour Berry
  • 45ml simple syrup
  • Fresh mixed berries
  • Optional: Fresh thyme stem/fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. In a teapot, add Rush Hour Berry loose tea and hot water. Steep for 5 minutes. Add simple syrup then stir to combine. Continue to steep until it reaches room temperature. 
  2. To prepare the popsicle mould, chop and slice the fresh berries then add them to the popsicle mould. Pour in the prepared Rush Hour Berry tea into the popsicle mould. Topped with fresh thyme stem/mint leaves.
  3. Freeze the popsicle for 24-48 hours. 
  4. Enjoy!
