Rush Hour Berry with Rose Iced Tea

Fruit and floral, it’s the best of both worlds. With hibiscus petals, roasted apple pieces, blueberries, blackberries, elderberries and strawberries and a splash of Giffard rose syrup, it’s perfect for any sweet tooth. Ideal for a summers day!
Prep Time: 10 mins
Servings: 1400ml iced tea
Ingredients
- 30g of AVANTCHA Rush Hour Berry Tea
- 1l of boiling water
- 75ml of Giffard Rose Syrup or sweeten to your preference

Directions
- Add 30g of AVANTCHA Rush Hour Berry Tea to a grande teapot and top with boiling water
- Brew overnight
- Decant into another grande teapot or large pitcher, and add 75ml of Giffard Rose Syrup, stirring to incorporate the syrup with the tea thoroughly
- Allow to cool, or, pour over glasses filled with plenty of ice
- Garnish with rose petals or a strawberry
