How to Make Iced Tea
No fuss, simple and delicious. The ideal iced tea ratio is 6:1 or 20ml syrup per 120ml of tea. Read on to see how you can make your own iced tea perfectly.
- Measure double the amount of tea stated on recipe
- Add boiling water or recommended temperature
- Brew for double the time stated on the recipe
- Decant and allow to cool if you have time, or,
- Pour over plenty of ice
- Sweeten to preference
- Garnish
Organic Spring Mao Feng with Kiwi
Type: Green Tea
Our Organic Spring Mao Feng has a crisp and sweet aroma and subtle vegetal flavour. It’s grown in a high altitude of 800m in the mineral rich soils in the West Hunan Wuling Mountains. We’ve paired this iced tea with Giffard kiwi syrup due it’s sweet taste with a little bit of tang adding a punch to the refreshing summer drink.
Organic Chamomile Blossoms with Pineapple
Type: Herbal Tea
It’s like laying on the beach in one sip. The combination of the tangy pineapple with the soothing notes of our Organic Chamomile Blossoms tea will have you wanting a refill immediately. A delicate infusion balanced with the tropical taste of pineapple for a long, cooling drink in the height of summer.
Moroccan Mint with Blueberry
Type: Green Tea
If you’re looking for something extra refreshing to cool down with, look no further. With the cooling tastes of Nana Mint, we’ve paired our Moroccan Mint green tea with the sweet flavours of Giffard blueberry syrup. It’s a perfect summer drink for the warm months as it aids with digestion giving you comfortable nights with friends and family.
Rush Hour Berry with Rose
Type: Herbal Tea
Fruit and floral, it’s the best of both worlds. With hibiscus petals, roasted apple pieces, blueberries, blackberries, elderberries and strawberries and a splash of Giffard rose syrup, it’s perfect for any sweet tooth. High in anti-oxidants and packed full of vitamin C, with plenty of tart, satisfying sweetness.
Masala Rooibos with Cinnamon
Type: Rooibos Tea
For those who aren’t in to the fruits or the floral flavours, our Masala Rooibos is a fantastic choice. If you’re looking for something with a bit of spice then our Masala Rooibos is blended with fennel, aniseed, licorice root, cardamom seeds, black pepper and ginger pieces. To complete the iced tea, we’ve added a dash of Giffard cinnamon syrup for that sweet and woody note.
Peach & Pear with Lemongrass
Type: White Tea
Kissed with sunflower petals and white rose buds, slip into blissful serenity with peach and pear and this carefully selected white tea. Thanks to a spot of Giffard lemongrass syrup for a hint of citrusy notes, this is the ideal summer drink.
Honeybush Chocolate with White Chocolate
Type: Herbal Tea
If you’re craving a sweet treat, look no further. Our Honeybush Chocolate is both delicious and comforting. The blend is enhanced with cocoa cores, almonds and coconut with hazelnut brittle, chocolate drops and rose petals. Mixed with a creamy white chocolate syrup to complete the iced tea, this could be your new favourite drink to cool down with.
Japanese Kuki Hojicha with Cherry
Type: Green Tea
Our Japanese Kuki Hojicha is unique. It’s the stems of the tea leaves roasted over charcoal giving it a distinctively nutty and sweet taste. With it’s robust flavour, it pairs well with sweet which is why we’ve used Giffard cherry syrup for this iced tea.
Sapphire Jasmine Needle with Lemon

All the sophistication of a classic white bud silver needle with a dramatic visual twist. Impress friends and family with this iced tea thanks to the Butterfly Pea flower turning the stunning blue colour of the Sapphire Jasmine Needle to purple due to acidities. Majestic Earl Grey with Peach

A classic world-favourite with a twist. Our Majestic Earl Grey is made with bergamot essence with mallow blossoms, marigold petals cornflower petals giving it a slight hint of floral notes. Complete with peach syrup, cool down with this delicious and refreshing iced tea.
