Ingredients

Garnish

  • 1 lime
  • 1 kaffir lime leaf (twist for extra zing)

Directions

  1. Sift the AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima powder into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder.
  2. Add 50ml of water (75°C) and whisk briskly.
  3. Muddle 3 kaffir lime leaves then add in your yuzu or lime juice and gently muddle more to combine and infuse the yuzu.
  4. Fill a large pitcher with ice and pour over the Matcha. Pass the yuzu and kaffir leaves through a sieve and add to the Matcha.
  5. Add in an extra 3 kaffir lime leaves. You can bruise/twist them to help release and intensify the flavour.
  6. Add in 100ml of vodka.
  7. Top up with 500ml of soda.
  8. Gently stir to combine.
  9. Serve with a garnish of lime and a kaffir lime leaf.
