Ingredients

*Rose syrup can also be made by adding edible rose water to basic sugar syrup

Directions

  1. Sift the AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima powder into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder.
  2. Add 50ml of water (75°C) and whisk briskly.
  3. In another glass, pour rose syrup.
  4. Add as much ice as desired and add garnish.
  5. Pour soda water and add the whisked Matcha.
  6. Stir and enjoy!
