Matcha Rose Soda

Ingredients
- 3g AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima
- 40ml hot water
- 15ml Giffard Rose syrup*
- 100ml soda water
- Garnish with rosemary, rose buds, lemon slices
*Rose syrup can also be made by adding edible rose water to basic sugar syrup
Directions
- Sift the AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima powder into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder.
- Add 50ml of water (75°C) and whisk briskly.
- In another glass, pour rose syrup.
- Add as much ice as desired and add garnish.
- Pour soda water and add the whisked Matcha.
- Stir and enjoy!
