Iced Sakura Matcha Latte

Spring is in full bloom, and what better way to celebrate than with a sweet and creamy Iced Sakura Matcha Latte? This fun and flavourful drink combines our Ceremonial Grade Matcha from Yame with delicate sakura and white chocolate notes, creating a balanced sip of seasonal delight. Light, floral, and irresistibly smooth – the right way to welcome warmer days.

Ingredients
- 1.5g AVANTCHA Matcha Ceremonial Grade Yame Yabukita
- 10ml room temperature water
- 150ml milk of choice
- 10ml Cherry blossom syrup (or sweeten to your preference)
- Ice
Directions
- To prepare, sift 1 AVANTCHA Matcha spoon of AVANTCHA Matcha Ceremonial Grade Yame Yabukita (1.5g) into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder.
- Pour the Cherry Blossom Syrup (10ml or sweeten to your preference) in to a glass with ice
- Add your milk of choice and pour the Matcha on top
- Stir and enjoy
