Hojicha Instant Coffee

Ingredients
- Ice
- 2 tbsp instant coffee
- 3 tbsp sugar syrup
- 50ml hot water
- 4 tsp AVANTCHA Organic Hojicha Powder
- 150ml milk of your choice
- 50ml double cream (optional)
Directions
- Whisk instant coffee, sugar syrup and 50ml of hot water until it creates a foam with an electric whisk
- Once you’ve created the foam, add AVANTCHA Organic Hojicha Powder and whisk again
- Add ice in to a cup and milk of your choice and top with your whisked Hojicha mixture
- Optional: add your double cream
- Stir and enjoy!
