Cold Brew Jasmine Matcha Cloud

Delicate, creamy, and quietly luxe, this Jasmine Silver Needle Matcha Cloud is a layered tea experience like no other. Featuring floral AVANTCHA Jasmine Silver Needle Cold Brew tea topped with a whipped Matcha cream made from our Matcha Ceremonial Grade Yame Yabukita, it’s a light-yet-indulgent drink for slow mornings or afternoon pick-me-ups.
Ingredients
- 250ml Cold Brew AVANTCHA Jasmine Silver Needle Tea*
- 25ml AVANTCHA Ceremonial Grade Matcha Yame Yabukita
- 100ml double cream or cream alternative
Directions
- *Start by preparing your Cold Brew: steep 10g of AVANTCHA Jasmine Silver Needle Tea in 1000ml of cold, freshly filtered water for 2 to 4 hours in the fridge. Once infused, strain completely and set aside.
- To make the matcha cream, sift 1 Matcha Spoon (about 1.5g) of AVANTCHA Ceremonial Grade Matcha Yame Yabukita into a bowl, or press your whisk gently to break up clumps.
- Add 25ml of cold water and whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the prepared matcha into 100ml of double cream or cream alternative and whisk until thick and glossy.
- Fill a glass with 250ml of the cold brewed Jasmine Silver Needle.
- Spoon the whipped matcha cream slowly over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the gentle floral notes beneath a rich, velvety green crown.
