Iced Blueberry Hojicha

Blueberries and roasted tea might not be an obvious match, but trust us, this Iced Blueberry Hojicha works. This Iced Hojicha latte, made with our AVANTCHA Organic Hojicha Powder and mixed with a subtly sweet blueberry flavour, is rich, refreshing and totally more-ish. Think of it as your new go-to summer cooler.

Ingredients
- 3 tsps AVANTCHA Organic Hojicha Powder
- 50ml 75°C water
- 150ml milk of choice
- 20ml Blueberry pureé / jam / fruit-to-mix
- Ice

Directions
- To prepare, sift 3 AVANTCHA Matcha spoon of AVANTCHA Organic Hojicha Powder into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder. Add 50ml of 75°C water and whisk briskly until a foam forms.
- In a glass, add your blueberry pureé / jam / fruit-to-mix, ice cubes and your milk of choice. Top it with your Hojicha.
- Stir and enjoy.
