Directions

  1. To prepare, sift 1 AVANTCHA Matcha spoon of AVANTCHA Matcha Ceremonial Grade Yame Yabukita (1.5g) into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder.
  2. Pour the Cherry Blossom Syrup (10ml or sweeten to your preference) in to a glass with ice
  3. Add your milk of choice and pour the Matcha on top
  4. Stir and enjoy
