Iced White Chocolate Matcha Latte

In the mood to spice up your regular Iced Matcha Latte? Adding White Chocolate syrup can help give it that sweet and creamy taste to your favourite drink and is very simple and quick to make. We use Giffard’s White Chocolate syrup, though you could add melted white chocolate too if you like. Perfect for your mornings or for those moments where you need a sweet treat.

Ingredients
- 3g AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima
- 50ml 75°C water
- Milk of your choice
- 25ml Giffard White Chocolate syrup*
*This is a recommended serve but please adjust the syrup to your own liking / desired sweetness.
Directions
- Sift the AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima powder into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder.
- Add 50ml of water (75°C) and whisk briskly.
- Add your white chocolate syrup and fill your glass with ice.
- Pour your milk of choice over the ice.
- Pour your Matcha over the top, stir and enjoy!
