  1. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  2. Sift the Matcha powder into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder. Add 10ml of room temperature water and whisk to a paste, then add 60ml hot water (75°C) and whisk briskly until a consistent, frothy layer is formed.
  3. Pour Matcha, add the remaining 30ml of room temperature water and mix into the ice.
  4. Stir well and enjoy.
