Matcha Dipped Strawberries

If you thought chocolate-dipped strawberries were a treat, wait until you try them with Matcha. We used our Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima for these green delights and it was ridiculously easy to make and just as easy to devour. A sweet, earthy, slightly fancy snack that looks as good as it tastes.

Ingredients
- 3 tsps AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima
- 14 strawberries
- 300g white chocolate
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate either on a stovetop or in the microwave until it’s completely melted.
- Sift 3 AVANTCHA Matcha spoon of AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima in to the melted white chocolate and stir until it is thoroughly mixed.
- Grab a strawberry and dip it in to the Matcha chocolate until almost submerged. Place the dipped strawberry on to the parchment and repeat for the rest of the strawberries.
- Let the chocolate harden completely at room temperature and then serve and devour (because they’re the best fresh) or place in an airtight container in a fridge and eat within a day.
