  1. To prepare, sift 3 AVANTCHA Matcha spoon of AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder. Add 50ml of 75°C water and whisk briskly.
  2. Separately, add ice, 150ml of lemonade (and sweetener if using) into a glass.
  3. Pour the Matcha in to the glass and watch the layers swirl together.
  4. Stir and enjoy.
