Matcha Lemonade

Ingredients
- 3 tsps AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima
- 50ml 75°C water
- 150ml of lemonade
- Sweetener (optional and to your preference)
- Ice
Directions
- To prepare, sift 3 AVANTCHA Matcha spoon of AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder. Add 50ml of 75°C water and whisk briskly.
- Separately, add ice, 150ml of lemonade (and sweetener if using) into a glass.
- Pour the Matcha in to the glass and watch the layers swirl together.
- Stir and enjoy.
