Ingredients
- 50ml icy cold limoncello (keep bottle in the freezer)
- 50ml AVANTCHA Organic Cocktail Grade Matcha Kagoshima
Directions
- Start by pouring 50ml of icy-cold limoncello into a short glass—straight from the freezer is best.
- To prepare the matcha, sift 2 Matcha Spoons (about 3g) of AVANTCHA Organic Cocktail Grade Matcha Kagoshima into a bowl, or press your whisk gently to break up any clumps.
- Add 50ml of cold water and whisk briskly using a bamboo or electric whisk until smooth and frothy.
- Gently pour the matcha over the limoncello to create a vibrant, two-tone effect.
- Serve immediately and enjoy this zesty, earthy twist on your aperitivo.
