  1. Prepare your Matcha by sifting 1.5g or 1 Matcha spoon of Matcha Ceremonial Grade Yame in to a bowl
  2. Add 80ml of 75 degree water to the powder and whisk until smooth and lump-free
  3. In a glass, combine heavy cream and condensed milk. Froth the mixture until it becomes a creamy foam, then add your sea salt flakes
  4. In another glass, add ice, pour in the prepared Matcha and top it with the salted foam. Enjoy!
