Ingredients
- 15ml Violet Liqueur
- 140ml Sparkling Wine
- 25ml Matcha Ceremonial Grade Kagoshima Natural Farming
Directions
- Start by pouring 140ml of sparkling wine into a tall flute.
- Add 15ml of violet liqueur and let the colors swirl.
- To prepare the Matcha, sift 1 Matcha Spoon (about 1.5g) of AVANTCHA Matcha Ceremonial Grade Kagoshima Natural Farming into a bowl, or press your whisk gently to break up any clumps.
- Add 25ml of cold water and whisk briskly until smooth and lightly frothy.
- Slowly pour the Matcha over the back of a spoon to let it float gently on top of the drink.
- Serve immediately for a layered cocktail that’s as beautiful as it is refreshing.
