  1. Start by pouring 140ml of sparkling wine into a tall flute.
  2. Add 15ml of violet liqueur and let the colors swirl.
  3. To prepare the Matcha, sift 1 Matcha Spoon (about 1.5g) of AVANTCHA Matcha Ceremonial Grade Kagoshima Natural Farming into a bowl, or press your whisk gently to break up any clumps.
  4. Add 25ml of cold water and whisk briskly until smooth and lightly frothy.
  5. Slowly pour the Matcha over the back of a spoon to let it float gently on top of the drink.
  6. Serve immediately for a layered cocktail that’s as beautiful as it is refreshing.
