Cocktail Ingredients
- 15g of AVANTCHA Organic Lapsang Bai Mu Dan
- 50ml tea infused tequila
- 25ml lime juice
- 20ml triple sec
- Salt
- Ice
Mocktail Ingredients
- 15g of AVANTCHA Organic Lapsang Bai Mu Dan
- 50ml tea infused non alcoholic tequila
- 25ml lime juice
- 20ml non alcoholic triple sec
- Salt
- Ice
To infuse the smoky, sweet flavours of Organic Lapsang Bai Mu Dan tea, simply add 15g of this loose leaf tea to 235ml of tequila or non alcoholic tequila for 24 hours.
Directions
- Sprinkle a few teaspoons of salt over the surface of a small plate or saucer. Rub one wedge of lime along the rim of a glass and then dip it into the salt so that the entire rim is covered.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the tea infused tequila, lime juice and triple sec. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
- Strain the mix into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Serve with a wedge of lime and enjoy!
