Cloud Matcha

This Cloud Matcha has us on cloud nine (excuse the pun). A blend of coconut water with creamy Matcha cold foam on top makes for a tasty and refreshing beverage. It’s easy to create at home (especially with our handy Matcha Latte Set) and it’s a wonderful way to drink your Matcha if you love a tropical twist.

Ingredients
- 2 Matcha spoons/3g Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima
- 50ml of 75 degree water
- 50ml of cream
- 20ml of milk (of choice)
- Coconut water
Directions
- Sieve Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima powder into a small bowl. Add the warm water and use a Matcha whisk or electric whisk to combine and remove any lumps
- Add the cream and milk in to the small bowl and whisk again with the Matcha
- Pour the the coconut water in to a glass with ice
- Pour the Matcha cold foam on top
- Stir and enjoy your delish Cloud Matcha!
