Want to learn how to make a delicious Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte made with our Organic Cocktail Grade Matcha and a swirl of cream on top? Of course you do! In the spirit of the season, here’s our simple and subtle take on a Halloween Matcha recipe that’s easy to recreate at home.
Recipe serves 1
Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte Ingredients
- 3g Organic Cocktail Grade Matcha Kagoshima
- ½ tsp pumpkin spice*
- 250ml Milk of Choice
- Optional: Maple syrup to sweeten to your liking
Method
- Sift the AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima powder into bowl or press whisk down several times to break up and loosen the powder.
- Add 50ml of water (75°C) and whisk briskly.
- Add pumpkin spice and stir to combine
- Steam your milk of choice and pour Matcha over the top
- Add maple syrup or other sweetener to your liking (sugar, honey, agave, other)
- Serve with a whirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra spice
- Add a cinnamon stick for extra effect
To make Pumpkin Spice, mix:
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
As with tea, always store spices in airtight containers in a cool, dark and dry place.
