Matcha Ice Cream with Only 3 Ingredients
Do you know what we love even more than Matcha? EASY Matcha recipes, that’s what. And this Matcha ice cream is up there with one of our favourites because it tastes incredible, it looks so impressive, and it takes less than ten minutes to make (though a few hours freezing, mind you).
Here’s how:
Recipe makes 4 servings
Duration 10mins plus freezing time overnight
Ingredients
- 3g of AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (347g)
- 475ml of fresh double cream
Method
- Add condensed milk into a bowl and sift in the Matcha powder, stirring until combined
- In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until stiff peaks form
- Fold the matcha mixture carefully into the cream until incorporated
- Transfer to freezer for at least 6 – 8 hours
- Et voila! Matcha ice cream is ready
- Serve how you please – we like to sprinkle rose petals on top, but nuts would be tasty, too
