An Easy Matcha Recipe Breakfast Idea
We developed our recipe for these Organic Matcha Bliss Balls because a customer asked what best to eat in the morning on an empty stomach before drinking coffee or strong tea when they’re not quite hungry enough yet for something more substantial. These little balls are ideal! They also make a great snack throughout the day. Here’s how:
Recipe serves 10 balls
Duration 20 mins
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of AVANTCHA Organic Matcha Cocktail Grade Kagoshima
- 180g ground almonds
- 4 tbsps organic maple syrup
- 125g peanut butter
- 75g pistachios, crushed
Method
- In a food processor, combine the Matcha, almonds, syrup and peanut butter
- Roll into small balls in your hands and coat in crushed pistachios
- Place on a tray in the fridge for at least 20 minutes to set
- Store in fridge an airtight container and consume with 4 days
